Refund and Returns Policy

At Travel World Manipur, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible for both the travelers and the agency.

1. Cancellation by the Traveler

  • All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp to our official contact.
  • The date on which the cancellation request is received will determine the applicable cancellation charges.
  • The following charges will apply per person:

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving a written cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment used during booking.
  • Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refund will be issued for partially used services or in case of early check-out or missed activities.

3. Cancellation by the Agency

  • Travel World Manipur reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, political instability, insufficient participation, or government restrictions.
  • In such cases, travelers will be offered either:
    • A full refund (after deducting non-refundable service components like flight/train tickets), or
    • The option to reschedule or transfer the booking to a future date.

4. Non-Refundable Components

  • Certain bookings such as flight/train/bus tickets, entry permits, or special event tickets are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Hotel bookings during peak season or festivals may also carry non-refundable policies as per the hotel’s terms.

5. Refunds for Third-Party Services

  • For services provided by third-party vendors (airlines, transport, hotels, etc.), refund timelines depend on the respective vendor’s policy.
  • Travel World Manipur will not be responsible for delays beyond its control.

6. Force Majeure / Unavoidable Circumstances

  • No refunds will be provided if the trip is canceled, delayed, or altered due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
    • Natural disasters
    • Strikes, lockdowns, or political unrest
    • Flight/train cancellations or road blockages
  • However, every effort will be made to reschedule the trip or offer suitable alternatives.

7. Important Notes

  • All travelers are advised to carefully read the itinerary and inclusions before booking.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for protection against unforeseen cancellations or emergencies
