Welcome to Travel World Manipur. By booking any tour or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Kindly read them carefully before confirming your booking.

💳 Payment Policy

Booking Amount

A minimum of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
➡️ 10% of the total amount is strictly non-refundable.

Second Installment

50% of the total package cost must be paid at least 15 days before the travel date.

Full Payment Deadline

The remaining amount (100%) must be cleared at least 7 days prior to departure.

Mode of Payment

We accept:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

Currency Exchange & International Charges

For international bookings, any currency conversion charges or bank transaction fees will be borne by the traveler.

Service Charges

Additional services such as:

• Ticket changes
• Date modifications
• Rebookings

will be charged at actual cost.

Non-Payment Clause

Failure to complete payments within the given timeline will lead to automatic cancellation without prior notice.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• 3 Days Before Departure:
  Eligible for 20% refund (excluding non-refundable booking amount)
• Within 3 Days of Departure:
  ❌ No refund applicable
• During the Trip:
  No refund for unused services or voluntary cancellation
• Refund Timeline:
  Processed within 7–10 working days

🧾 Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Confirmation will be provided only after receiving the required advance payment
• Prices may vary due to seasonal demand, availability, or external factors

🧍 Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, etc.)
• For international travel, a valid passport & visa is mandatory
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip
• Any damage caused to hotel/property will be chargeable to the traveler

🚫 Liability & Responsibility

Travel World Manipur will not be held responsible for:

• Delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road blocks, or government restrictions
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Any injury, illness, or accident during the trip

All activities are undertaken at the traveler’s own risk.

🌍 Travel Changes & Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Pandemic situations
• Transport strikes

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the trip for safety reasons. Any additional cost arising will be borne by the traveler.

🏨 Accommodation & Transport

• Hotels are subject to availability; similar category hotels may be provided if required
• Standard check-in/check-out time applies
• Transport will be provided as per itinerary (AC may not work in hilly areas)

🎒 Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary is subject to change based on weather, road conditions, or operational reasons
• We ensure all major attractions are covered, but no refunds will be given for missed sightseeing due to unavoidable circumstances

🎁 Special Offers

• Promotional offers (like 15% OFF for first-time customers) are subject to availability and may have limited validity
• Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified

📌 Important Notes

• Early booking is recommended to secure best prices
• Any additional personal expenses are not included in the package
• Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers
